Köpvillkor / Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Allmänt

Dessa köpvillkor gäller för alla köp av produkter och/eller tjänster som tillhandahålls via webbplatsen davrex.se. Genom att genomföra ett köp accepterar kunden dessa villkor.

Alla priser anges i svenska kronor (SEK) om inget annat anges.
Priserna är inklusive moms, om inte annat uttryckligen anges.

Vi förbehåller oss rätten att ändra priser utan föregående meddelande samt för eventuella tryck- eller skrivfel.

4. Betalning

Betalning sker via de betalningsmetoder som anges på webbplatsen vid köptillfället.
Betalningen ska vara mottagen innan leverans av produkt eller påbörjande av tjänst, om inget annat avtalats.

5. Leverans

Leverans sker digitalt eller fysiskt beroende på produkt eller tjänst.
Leveranstider är uppskattade och kan variera. Davrex ansvarar inte för förseningar utanför vår kontroll.

6. Ångerrätt

Enligt distansavtalslagen har konsumenter rätt att ångra sitt köp inom 14 dagar, om inget annat anges.

Ångerrätten gäller inte:

• digitalt innehåll som levererats efter kundens godkännande
• tjänster som redan påbörjats eller slutförts

7. Reklamation

Vid fel på produkt eller tjänst ska kunden kontakta oss så snart som möjligt.
Reklamation ska ske inom skälig tid efter att felet upptäckts.

8. Ansvarsbegränsning

Davrex ansvarar inte för indirekta skador, förlust av data, intäkter eller affärsmöjligheter som uppstår i samband med användning av våra produkter eller tjänster.

9. Immateriella rättigheter

Allt innehåll på davrex.se, inklusive texter, grafik och logotyper, tillhör Davrex och får inte användas utan skriftligt tillstånd.

10. Tvist och tillämplig lag

Svensk lag ska tillämpas på dessa villkor.
Tvist ska i första hand lösas genom dialog, och i andra hand i svensk allmän domstol.

Payment must be received before delivery of products or commencement of services, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Davrex is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• digital content delivered with the customer’s consent
• services that have already begun or been completed

7. Complaints

If a product or service is defective, the customer must contact us as soon as possible.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

8. Limitation of Liability

Davrex shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law.
Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue and, if necessary, by a Swedish court.
